SPARC Board Meeting 11-28-2015

Old Business
1. Tower project, Looking for commercial contractor to pull permit. KR4U has action item to contact our member AA2MF for possible input on who he used for his tower installation.
2.SPARCFEST, AI4QP reports we cleared about $150.00 after all was paid out. Schedule for next year 11-12-2016 N4GD will submit request after first of the year.
New Business
1.Board Meetings 2016, 2-27…5-28…8-27…11-26 all subject to change as required.
2.SPARCPLUG Award, Decided to again present this award for outstanding contribution to the club, will be presented at the after holiday party.
3.After Holiday Party, To be held at the SKYDINER 3-3:30 pm located at 4000 34th Street South, Saint Petersburg.
4.Club Logo Labels or Possible Patches, Ask the membership at the December meeting if there is any interest in those items or possible new shirt design and purchases.
5.Meeting Programs, Discussed several possible programs and will work with the new Vice President, Ed for upcoming year.
6.Membership Survey, Decided to survey the membership and try to find out what folks do with the hobby and what they would like to see the club do to help advance their enjoyment and knowledge. NY4I has the action item to put the survey together.
7.Tampa Bay Hamfest, 12-11/12 2015 Plant City.
8.January Club Meeting, 1-1-2016 New Years Night.
