• The meeting opens with the pledge of allegiance
• A moment of silence for SK N3FDO Gilbert Wegad and a mention of bequest
• New members, guests, and first timers recognized and introduced themselves

• Field day 2021 was a success with total score of 3484
  • There was a podcast recorded, a link will be sent

New Business:

• Tom AI4QP receives the spark plug award for service to the club
• Board meeting scheduled for july 20th at 5pm at DMI
• Pat suggests a tax exempt non profit status.
  • A discussion ensues, some nodding heads, some thoughts in the negative as well.
  • Ken Skaggs WQ3V helped other clubs with the process and may be a resource.

  • Venice fox hunt scheduled for 10/23
• August 22/23 is international lighthouse/lightships weekend. Requesting volunteers with boats
