Meeting start and greeting:
• The meeting opens with the pledge of allegiance
• A moment of silence was held for Doug, AG51
• New members, guests, and first timers recognized and introduced themselves

• Secretary’s Report:
○ Review of last meeting and receipt of various reports recorded and accepted

○ nothing new to report
• Treasurer report:
○ All income and expenses are rectified and in balance
○ several new members accepted into club during the month

○ Tower installation is progressing, base is bolted down, tower in place and ready to raise the base.

Old Business:
• Winter field day report
○ 30 people showed up, went well.
○ used AA0Os hex beam
○ over 700 QSOs
• Holiday Party is this Sunday, February 6th at 2pm
• Board meeting report:
○ paypal is forcing us to report taxes for $600 irs
○ gathering on second saturday of April for a SPARC POTA, KY1CL to address in the future
○ review of antennas, decision on repairing the log periodic
○ a new high power triplexer was agreed to be ordered and was thusly ordered
New Business:
• Pat AA0O requests volunteers for February 19th at 9am to help organize storage container
• ARRL Field day will be at our station this year to increase our own turnout.
○ a discussion of intitial concerns such as antenna spacing and availability of loaner filters to ensure limiting of on band interference
• Wednesday Feb 9th IEEE is hosting a basics of ground design virtual lunch and learn, see Pat
• Hamcation is Feb 11th-13th.
