Meeting called to order by Bob N2ESP at 7:30 PM followed by the Pledge of allegiance.

Vice President Ed NZ1Q spoke about video of Tom NY4I’s tower being installed.
SPARC NET 6:30 PM, Pre NET 6 PM, SWAP NET 6:15 PM.
Treasures report given by Tom AI4QP.

Repeater Trustee report Ron KP2N All repeaters are working well. New antenna just installed is working well. Spring maintenance with Dee within the next few weeks.
Club Station Trustee Dave KR4U spoke about the Florida QSO Party. Activity was only on 20 and 40 meters. Station preformed very well with 555 SSB contacts and 630 CW contacts Totaling 1185 QSO’s. About the same as last year.
Membership Tom AI4QP reported two new applicants who were presented to and voted in by the club membership. Kevin M. Collver KJ4LXV, John Paranzing W3HEH.
VE TESTING Don N4KII
ARRL testing at DMI,1 General upgrade.
W5YI at Lealman Fire Station 1 Extra, 1 General, 2 Tech.
OLD BUSINESS
Dues are due.
NY4I Tom is still taking orders for Club Polo Shirts.
Reported all counties were active during the FQP.
NEW BUSINESS
Wormfest May 25th.
SPARC Board meeting May 25th, 2PM at DMI.
NY4I spoke about Tri-Club Field Day on June 22-23 at Clearwater Fire Training Center.
Made a motion to the club which was approved for $400 as a combined Tri-Club expense for Field Day Coax.
